DESCRIPTION:We look forward to welcoming you!\n\n\n\nJoin us for all or part of High Holidays\, meals\, and events. Everything you need to know is below. \n\n\n\nHigh Holiday Services\n\n\n\n1. Traditional/Egalitarian services. \n\n\n\nThis service will use the machzor (prayer book) “Lev Shalem” and will include: \n\n\n\n\nTraditional Hebrew liturgy combined with English readings and explanations\n\n\n\nGuided meditations\n\n\n\nCommunal singing\n\n\n\n\n2. Reform services will include: \n\n\n\n\nFamiliar Reform Liturgy with Kavanah ( Intention )\n\n\n\nIntegrated Poetry/Creative Readings\n\n\n\nCommunal Singing\n\n\n\nMusical instrumentation\n\n\n\n\nHigh Holiday Meals\n\n\n\nYes\, it’s true you can eat delicious kosher food throughout the High Holidays. \n\n\n\nYou are invited to Tufts Hillel’s High Holidays Meals. You can expect great food\, connection with your community\, and spiritual renewal!  \n\n\n\nTransparent Meal Pricing: \n\n\n\nThe real cost of a meal to Tufts Hillel per person is over $40.00. This year Hillel will cover 100% cost of all High Holiday meals for students. Any non-Tufts students should contact Marilyn Goldman at marilyn.goldman@tufts.edu to make arrangements to pay for their meals. \n\n\n\nPlease consider a voluntary donation of $18\, $36\, $72\, $100 to cover the cost of these meals. You can donate below. \n\n\n\nIn order for Hillel to be reimbursed by Dining you must give us your student ID# on the registration form and permission to charge your meal plan. Please remember that all 1st year students have unlimited meal swipes and therefore can choose this option. \n\n\n\nRegistration\n\n\n\nSo that we can order the appropriate amount of food to accommodate everyone while avoiding food waste\, we ask that you sign up for ALL Rosh Hashanah meals by 9/16 and for Yom Kippur meals by 9/27. \n\n\n\nThis year\, we’re streamlining sign-ups with our new Bot system.
